Your appointments are very important to me, they are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore,I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel or make changes to your appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the service(s) originally scheduled. I may choose to take a deposit to secure future appointments. If this is a recurring issue I may refuse to provide you with future services.
